1. What Giveova is

Giveova is a website that helps people publish fundraising pages and send BEP-20 tokens on BNB Smart Chain. The project token is Giv (Giveova). A gift is an on-chain transfer from the supporter wallet to the organizer wallet. Giveova does not take custody of campaign funds. Tokens move in the same transaction the supporter signs in MetaMask.

Connecting a wallet, creating a raise, swapping, chatting, or sending tokens means you accept this whitepaper and all risk warnings on this site.

2. What Giveova is not

Giveova is not a bank, payment institution, charity regulator, broker, exchange (except a display that talks to PancakeSwap), investment club, or licensed financial adviser. It does not offer securities, profit-sharing, interest, or a promise that Giv or any campaign will rise in value. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security in any country.

3. The Giv token

• Name: Giveova. Symbol: Giv. Network: BNB Smart Chain.
• Maximum and initial supply: 1,000,000,000 Giv. No minting after deploy. Nobody can create extra Giv.
• Holders may burn Giv themselves.
• Wallet-to-wallet transfers: 0% tax.
• Buy on a listed DEX pair: 4% burned (destroyed, not paid to the team).
• Sell on a listed DEX pair: 4% burned.
• Tax starts only after the owner marks a DEX pair. Until then, transfers are untaxed.

Burn reduces total supply. It does not guarantee price. Liquidity, other traders, and the wider market can still move the token against you. You can lose all value.

4. How fundraising works

You sign in with a wallet. You pick a permanent username. You write a raise. An admin may approve, decline, feature, or delete it. If you choose Charity Organisation you must send identity and organisation details for admin review. Those ID photos are not shown on the public page. A Verified mark only means the admin accepted the pack they were given. It is not a government licence and it is not a guarantee the organisation is honest, solvent, or legally a charity in your country.

Gifts go to the organizer wallet even before the goal is reached. When the goal is reached the raise moves to Ended. After 30 days unused raises may be removed from the site. Tokens already sent stay in the organizer wallet. Giveova cannot reverse a blockchain payment.

5. You choose who to help

Do not send tokens to anyone you do not want to help. Read the page. Check the wallet. Check BscScan. If you are unsure, do not send. Giveova does not investigate every story. Admin review is a basic filter, not a warranty. Scams exist. Fake documents exist. You are solely responsible for who you support.

6. No financial, tax, or legal advice

Giveova, its operators, the admin wallet, chat helper bot, and this whitepaper do not give financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Token prices move. Campaigns can fail. You should get independent professional advice in your country before you buy, sell, swap, or donate crypto. If the law where you live bans this activity, do not use the site.

7. Risk of loss

You can lose some or all tokens you buy, hold, swap, or donate. Causes include: market moves, 4% buy/sell burn, failed transactions, wrong network, phishing, stolen keys, smart-contract bugs, liquidity removal, admin error, organizer misuse, regulatory action, or site downtime. Giveova and its operators are not liable for those losses to the fullest extent the law allows. Use only what you can afford to lose. There are no refunds from the platform for on-chain gifts.

8. Your wallet, keys, and taxes

You control your seed phrase and keys. Giveova never asks for them. Anyone who asks in chat is a scam. You are responsible for gas, slippage, approvals, and tax reporting in every country that taxes you. We do not calculate or file tax for you.

9. Smart contracts and third parties

Giv, PancakeSwap, MetaMask, BNB Chain, BscScan, and image tools are separate systems. We do not control them. Outages, bugs, or listing delays are not our breach. Review the Giv contract yourself before you buy. Past comments about code are not an audit certificate.

10. Chat, bot, and content

Chat is for Giveova topics. No swearing, links, images, or pitching other coins. Hidden messages and kicks may apply. The helper bot only answers product questions. It is not a lawyer, broker, or charity regulator. User posts are their own. You may block people. We may remove content or accounts.

11. Legal posture in all countries

This site is a software interface. You use it at your own risk wherever you are. You must follow the laws of your country, including securities, charity fundraising, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, consumer, tax, and crypto rules. If you cannot legally use crypto or solicit donations where you live, leave.

Nothing here waives rights that a mandatory law says you cannot waive. Where a limit on liability is not allowed, our liability is limited to the smallest amount that law still permits, and never includes lost profits, lost tokens, or indirect loss. The operators do not submit to every court in the world; disputes are dealt with only as the operator later states in writing, or as a court with real power over the operator requires.

Sanctions: do not use Giveova if you are barred by UN, UK, EU, US, or similar sanctions. Charity claims: organizers must not pretend to be a registered charity if they are not. Supporters must not treat a Verified tick as a government stamp.

12. Privacy of verification files

Passport photos, selfies with passport, and other identity or organisation documents stay private. They are not listed on Discover, Charity organisations pages, chat, or public campaign pages. Only the admin uses them to decide whether a charity raise can go live. Public pages may show charity number, website, and email — never the passport or selfie.

Giveova will not publish, sell, or hand those files to other users. The only exception is a lawful request from a government or the police. If such a request is received, the operator may provide the files that are asked for. Keep copies of what you upload. Do not upload a child’s ID. Do not upload anyone else’s ID without their permission.

13. Admin and donations to the operator

The admin wallet can approve, decline, feature, or delete raises. Tip admin is a voluntary gift to that wallet, not a fee for listing and not an investment. It does not buy you tokens, profit share, or control.

14. Changes

The site, token settings, and this whitepaper can change. On-chain rules of an already deployed contract do not change unless that contract itself allows it. Giv as specified here has no mint and fixed buy/sell burn once pairs are set.

15. Agreement

If you do not agree, disconnect and do not send tokens. If you continue, you confirm you have read this page, you are not relying on Giveova for advice, you choose your recipients yourself, and you accept the risk of total loss.

Giveova Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 14 September 2026. By opening this site, connecting a wallet, creating a raise, sending tokens, chatting, or using Swap, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, leave the site and do not send tokens.

1. Who we are and what this site is

Giveova is a non-custodial notice board for BNB Smart Chain. People publish a story and a wallet address. Other people may send BEP-20 tokens, including GIV when it exists, straight from their own wallet to that address. Giveova is not a bank, exchange, payment processor, money transmitter, charity regulator, escrow, broker, investment platform, or custodian.

Giveova does not hold user coins. Giveova does not take a cut of campaign gifts. Giveova does not pay out campaigns. Funds never sit in a Giveova account. If tokens move, they move wallet-to-wallet on BNB Smart Chain. The person asking already has a wallet. The person giving already has a wallet. We only display information and help the giver’s wallet build a normal on-chain transfer.

Giveova is not a for-profit payment business. Listing and viewing campaigns is free. “Tip admin” is an optional gift to the operator wallet. It is not a fee for listing and buys no rights.

2. Binding agreement

These Terms are a contract between you and the operators of the Giveova website (“we”, “us”). They apply worldwide to the extent local law allows. They sit next to the Whitepaper. If they conflict, these Terms control legal rights and the Whitepaper describes the product.

We may change these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after a change is acceptance. We may also stop or limit the site at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. You must not be sanctioned, acting for a sanctioned person, or located in a place where using this site or crypto is illegal. You must not use a VPN to hide that fact. You act for yourself with assets you own that were obtained lawfully. You understand blockchain risk. If any of that is false, do not use Giveova.

4. Non-custodial. No coins held. No payouts

Giveova never has custody, possession, or control of your private keys, seed phrases, or tokens. We cannot reverse, freeze, recover, or complete a transfer. If you send tokens to the wrong address, send the wrong token, or send to a campaign that later looks false, we cannot get them back. You alone keep your keys safe.

Campaign “goals” are labels. Reaching a goal does not create a duty for Giveova to pay anyone. Tokens already arrived in the organiser’s wallet as soon as the chain confirmed them, even if the goal was not met. That is the design.

We owe you no fiduciary duty. Any duty that a court might imply is waived to the fullest extent the law allows.

5. Direct gifts only. No financial product

A gift on Giveova is a voluntary transfer of crypto from one person to another. It is not an investment, security, loan, share, profit share, staking product, or purchase of GIV from us. We do not sell GIV on this site as an offering. Swap, if shown, is a pointer to third-party liquidity. We do not guarantee price, liquidity, or a market.

Nothing on Giveova is financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. We do not say a campaign is genuine beyond the limited checks described for verified organisations. You choose who to help. Do not send funds to anyone you do not want to help.

6. Assumption of risk

You accept, among other risks: irreversible transactions; lost keys; phishing; fake campaigns; smart-contract bugs; token taxes or burns; price collapse; network congestion; site downtime; wallet bugs; regulatory change; total loss of tokens sent or held. Giveova is not liable for those losses.

7. Your duties

You will obey the law. You will not use the site for crime. You will check wallet addresses before you confirm. You will not rely on chat, the helper bot, or campaign text as advice. You will pay any tax that applies to you. You will not upload false identity papers. Organisers must tell the truth about their raise.

8. Prohibited use

You must not: launder money; finance crime or terrorism; evade sanctions; run a scam, fake charity, or impersonation; collect funds for violence, exploitation, or child harm; spam; hack; scrape in a way that harms the service; post swear words, links, or images where the chat rules ban them; promote other coins as an investment in chat; demand seed phrases; use stolen documents; attack the site.

9. AML, sanctions, and verification

We may refuse, hide, or delete a campaign or chat account if we suspect illegal use. Charity-organisation listings may require name, company details, charity number, website, email, phone, and identity photos. Those files stay for review and are given to police or a government only if lawfully requested. Checks do not make Giveova a guarantor that a charity is honest or that funds will be used as promised.

10. Campaigns and organisers

An organiser is solely responsible for their story, wallet, and use of tokens received. Approval by admin is a listing decision, not a certificate of lawfulness or impact. After approval an organiser cannot edit the live page and may only delete it, as the product rules say. Demo campaigns are samples, not live asks.

11. Givers

You give only what you can lose. You should verify the on-chain destination in your wallet popup. A username or “unknown” label on a gift does not change that the transfer is final. We do not issue receipts that replace your own tax records.

12. Chat and the helper called Giveova

Chat is a public room with filters. The helper is software. It is not a lawyer, banker, or human staff member. It will not talk about other crypto companies as products to buy. Hidden or kicked messages are a house rule, not a court finding.

13. Wallets and BNB Smart Chain

You connect through third-party wallets (MetaMask, Trust Wallet, Binance Web3 Wallet, OKX, Bitget, TokenPocket, Coinbase Wallet, Rabby, SafePal, and similar tools that speak BNB Smart Chain). Those tools are not ours. Their terms apply. We can request the chain switch to BNB Smart Chain (chain id 56). We cannot make a wallet sign.

14. Intellectual property

Giveova names, logos, and site code layout are ours or used with permission. You keep rights in your campaign text and images, and you grant us a licence to host and display them to run the site. Do not post content you do not have the right to use.

15. Privacy

Wallet addresses, usernames, campaign text, and on-chain transfers are public or treated as public. Identity files for charity checks are stored for review. We may keep server logs. We do not ask for seed phrases. Never type a seed phrase into this site.

16. Third-party links and swap

External sites, DEXs, and image hosts are not Giveova. We are not liable for what they do with your tokens or data.

17. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that listings are true, that the chain will confirm a gift, that GIV will exist or have value, or that the site will stay online.

18. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, GIVEOVA, ITS OPERATORS, ADMIN WALLET HOLDERS, HELPERS, AND SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE LOSS, OR FOR LOST TOKENS, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF TOLD THE LOSS WAS POSSIBLE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ABOUT THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ZERO, OR IF A COURT REFUSES ZERO, TO FIFTY POUNDS STERLING (£50). Some places do not allow these limits. In those places the limit is the maximum that place still allows. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded, such as fraud by us if proven.

19. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Giveova and its operators against claims, losses, and legal fees that arise from your use of the site, your campaign, your gifts, your chat, your documents, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

20. No class actions where waivable

Where the law lets you, you bring claims only in your own name, not as a class or representative action.

21. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You first write to us in good faith. If that fails after 60 days, courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek an injunction anywhere to protect the site. If a mandatory consumer law in your country gives you extra rights, those rights stay.

22. Suspension and deletion

We may hide, decline, or delete campaigns, chat access, or the whole site, with or without notice, including for suspected abuse or legal risk. On-chain transfers already sent are not undone.

23. Severability and entire agreement

If one clause fails, the rest stays. These Terms and the posted Whitepaper are the full agreement about the site. They replace prior talks. Headings are for reading only.

24. Contact for lawful requests

Government or police requests for stored charity-check files should be sent through a lawful process to the operator. We do not hand those files to other users.

This page is a protective notice. It is not a substitute for advice from a solicitor in your country. Have local counsel review it before you treat Giveova as a registered entity in any jurisdiction.
